First Strike is a Halo: Custom Edition multiplayer level. Loosely based off of the 2003 Electronic Entertainment Expo trailer of Halo 2, First Strike is located in the center of New Mombasa, Kenya. First Strike is actually not an original level. It is a remake of one of my first levels, Remnants. Modeled by myself, Remnants was imported into Halo: Custom Edition by a friend. Later, I took the time to update the model and reapply the textures. When compared, the two models look nothing alike; only very few similaritys can be seen between the two.

An overview of First Strike.Unfortunately, First Strike never was complete. It was only developed into the early beta stage where little to no testing was done. Usually before publishing, a level goes through several weeks of hardcore testing from a single player to a group of 16.
